2012 VALENTINE'S DAY MASQUERADE BALL
This is sure to be a memorable evening filled with casino style gaming, dancing and,
of course, mystery. We are extremely glad that you have decided to join us!
Below are a few of the details that you will want to know.
ABOUT THE JAYDEN DELUCA FOUNDATION
The Jayden DeLuca Foundation was established in 2007 in honor of Jayden Riley DeLuca who
passed away at 2 years old from a cardiac condition. It was established with the goal of helping
other children and families who are battling similar conditions. We have helped to raise over
$450,000 that has gone to aid in research of pediatric heart conditions, to various hospital projects
and to The American Heart Association.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Our ball will take place Saturday, January 21, 2012 at The Grove Hotel in downtown Boise, Idaho.
We will begin the night with at 8:00 where hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be available. We will
also have casino style gaming tables (Black Jack, Roulette, Craps and Poker) open for your fun and
enjoyment. If you need a break from the casino fun, you can dance the night away on the dance
floor with music and entertainment provided by Soundwave. And don’t forget to capture all the
memories by taking advantage of the photo booth we have!
ATTIRE
This is a masquerade ball and therefore MASKS ARE REQUIRED!! We encourage all kind of masks…the more unique the better! This is a semi-formal event so ladies, get out your cocktail dresses and men, your best.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
To help celebrate, The Grove Hotel has offered a reduced room rate for people attending our
event. Rooms will be $94 and will be paid for upon check-in (this is separate charge). Check-in
time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If you would like to reserve a room, please indicate
on your registration form and we can save a room for you. You can also reserve a room yourself
by calling 1-866-961-5000.
RAFFLE PACKAGES
We have created several different packages that will be raffled off at our event. Raffle tickets are
$20 each. You will be able to specify which raffle package you would like your ticket(s) to go into.

night with you making memories and supporting a great cause - Children’s Heart Research
